I feel like an embarrassment. This is my first PC build, I did a test outside the case, it starts up, then I put it in the case, taking me 2 hours because its a siverstone SG13 with its small form factor, and it broke. No lights, no reponse, nothing. my mobo doesnt have sound so i dont know how to trouble shoot. This isn't even for me. It's for my dad, and now I'm stuck here whimpering for someone to help me fix it.

Check your cables again. Make sure the MOBO isn't touching the case.

Define touching the case? I really don't know how that part works, I don't understand how standoffs work, I just screwed the Mobo in. DO I need some sort of special screw?

It should only be touching the standoffs. But I suspect you might have forgot a cable somewhere.

Try shorting the power pins on your MOBO instead of using the case power button, to make sure it isn't that.

Already tried that, no response, currently taking the mobo back to test outside of case on top of box

Just took it out to test, I shorted it outside the case, Its responsive but its not posting. All it does is turn the fans an/off repeatedly. Does this mean I fried the motherboard??
