Intel Pentium G3258 User Guild "Help"

Hi guys can i ask some Valid Key Guild's like for example if i overclock the G3258 on Stock Cooler what Frequency should i stay in range and Voltage, and if were to use a AIO Liquid Cooler?

and what is a safe overclock voltage to have the Computer run 24/7 and if the Computer will only be Turned on for only 4 to 8 Hours a Day what will be the safe voltage to run it on those Types of usage.

 

Hope some people can help me with this.

Don't go over 1.3v and you can run it 24/7 if temps are fine. Anything above that shortens the life but it might not even matter as going from 10 years to 8 is a lot but who keeps a CPU that long also I have never had a CPU die of old age

on the stock cooler you can go up to around 1.25ish volts without temps issues...on AIO sky is the limit...

voltage you want to stay bellow 1.4v for daily use...ideally 1.35v or less

for frequencies start at around 42 multiplier (4.2ghz) and work your way up...test CPU for stability and monitor temps...max temps under stress test would be around 85c and it will be lower than that in games and what not.

When it comes to leaving the machine on, if intel c state is enabled in your bios and other power saving options the CPU will trottle to 800mhz and the volts will go way down as well so it's a non issue.

If i really don't care about the Lifespan just want to use this chip for this year only 2016, will do a upgrade once i really need it for now i only use it for Playing my Competitive game for my Gaming Pleasure. So i really don't think ill be using this for Work Load mainly i might use this chip by this year after upgrading my PC with Proper CPU and GPU i might use G3258 for my 4K HTPC.

On Stock Cooler i got a Good Stable 4.3GHz @ 1.230V Temps on Prime 95 for 24H goes around 71-76C and 1 Week Gaming temp only go with my Gaming only go around 49-54C.

 

I'm happy with this Chip getting to a Good Overclock but i want to make more Speed but i think i need Aftermarket Cooler or even a AIO. i know AIO will be overkill just want to try...
