First: It's insane :D

I guess because you are not having any budget problems, what is our mobo and does it support 3way sli anyway? If not, you'll need a new mobo first. It looks like you are using a MSI gaming 5 which does not support 3Way SLI.

AND WHY ARE YOU USING A STOCK HEATSINK???.

BUT back to your question, every big tower should be able to hold the third card.

Budget isn't really a problem. it is an msi gaming 5 mb. didn't know it wasn't capable of 3 way sli. and stock heat sink is fine for me. temps never go that high so it's pointless using some over powered cooler.

then you might need a new mobo like this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97ws with this mobo you might be able to keep your case

or you switch to x99 because an i5/i7 Haswell non X99 will not be able to keep up with 3 of these monsters anyway.

Are you still sure about the 3 Titans?

1200 Watts would leave room for overclocking.
