Framedrops and weird loading.

BASICALLY:
Games started gatting framedrops, going from 100+ to like 7 and sometimes (but quite often) when opening software I get a weird lag. It's like my processor is at 100% usage, mouse is really slow when it comes to reacting in movements and takes a long FUCKING time before anything happens depending on which software or game I wanted to open.

This really feels like a hardware issue but I don't know why. Any ideas?
