XSplit Audio Question

Hey guys,

 

I'm trying to stream from my Elgato HD60 capture card and for some reason the audio is coming out of the TV as well as my headphones. 

Problem is, I want to stream without the game sound coming from my Razer Kraken's.  If I mute Xsplit in system sounds, then no sound is going into the stream. 

 

So is there a way to stream in XSplit without the capture sound coming out of my headphones, but going into the stream directly?
