Difference between EVGA GEFORCE GTX 970 FTW+ vs. SSC?

Quelux

I am looking for an explanation of the difference between the EVGA GEFORCE GTX 970 FTW+ edition and SSC edition. Both feature ACX 2.0+. Also, I would like a suggestion of which would be better for use and possible overclocking in tandem with an Intel 6600k CPU and a ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard. Thank you.

FTW has a better cooler and a higher clock speed. If you have the money I'd just get the FTW, especially if you want to OC (since it's a higher binned GPU and the cooler is better, meaning it'll OC better)
