fan connecting help

so im putting together my pc and i have a modular 750w psu and whenever i try to connect my first fan my pc dioesnt boot, but it will for the second fan, they are both 120mm case fansconnected by a daisy chain chord that came with the psu and whever i even put it into the mobo in the sys fan plugs it doesnt post and nothing comes on, as in my cpu fan or mobo LED's

idk what the problem is i should have enough watts

here are my specs:

AMD 8350 cpu

GTX MSI 950

970A-G46 mobo

WD 1 tera HDD

a CD/DVD burner

and a 750 watt psu
