The best out of the 970's ?

What do you think is the best card out of all the 970's out there? I want to upgrade my pc soon, at the moment the specs say it's the EVGA 970 FTW+. But what do you think?

The R9 390 might be a better bet if you have a good CPU like a unlocked skylake i5 or i7 and plan on playing in higher resolutions:

Though if you have a older CPU or sticking with 1080p for a long time a good overclocked 970 is still good.

I own the Evga 970 FTW+ and I haven't had a single problem with it, can play pretty much anything and record/stream at 1080p 60 fps

 

and I haven't touched the overclock from factory as of yet

So 390 is not good with for example i5 4670k?

If you overclock it well it will be fine I guess, haven't seen enough benchmarks though.

Got it going up to 4Ghz max.

Best GTX 970 if we don't care about budget constraints? Probably the Gigabyte Xtreme Gaming.
