So, my friend and I are running this YouTube channel, and we do reviews on older phones that perhaps don't cost as much. We are getting actually insane views, with some of our videos getting 4x the views that IMNCs videos had posted on the same day. The only issue is, we aren't getting the subscribers to match. Granted, we only got fully committed to the channel 2 months ago, and we are growing by almost 100 subs a month, I just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem, and how the overcame it.

Cheers

Morgan

There are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.

This is a tag thing...

if you tag the name of the phone, lots of people searching for anything to do with that phone brand will see your video in the search bar, getting you lots of views but no interested subscribers, as it is not what they're looking for

I have 31k views on one of my videos and ~35 subscribers because of this ^

You need other content that people will subscribe for. In the early LTT days there was little sub growth because they where one click videos that people had no need to watch more off.

That's what we are trying to do by bringing out tutorials of how to do certain things, such as installing cyanogen etc.
