Stuck On Windows Update

Do what I did when on Windows 7:

 

find the executable that is responsible, and murder it. 

 

with fire.

 

 

 

never auto-updated again, I manually did it once a month. 

Different PCPartPickers for different countries:

UK-----Italy----Canada-----Spain-----Germany-----Austrailia-----New Zealand-----'Murica-----France-----India

How do I find the executable that is responsible, this computer just got windows 7 reinstalled.
