Streaming problems

Hi folks. I have never used this site but after some research this seems to be the best, i bought a pc maybe a year ago or so and i have been struggeling with recording/streaming bcus of fps drop and so on. i was wondering if there was something in my build that i have to upgrade or someone who can explain where the problem is :) https://gyazo.com/83a2790e2176e8742971d064ef42908d Thank you in advance.
