and I want to know if I have to buy a seperate Wifi wireless card or if it comes with one already... Thanks!

Nope, get a seperate PCI wifi card (or a different board)

Anything from this page, which is, well, not a whole lot.

Honestly a PCI wifi card is probably a lot cheaper, but it's up to you if you really want it built in.

If you get external WiFi card, please don't buy PCI card. That won't work with that or most of newer mobos. You will need PCIe or USB card (PCI =/= PCIe).
