Thank you very much!

Does keeping the settings low help to reduce screen tearing too? I get both horizontal and vertical tears! If I turn on V-Sync I get stuttering even in medium settings!

Also is my hardware enough to play games like Battle Field 3, Black Ops 3 in 'Medium' Settings?

Well faster framerates can help reduce tearing yes

let me know what framerate you get at different settings, aim for 60fps

I made an edit to my previous post ... I'm getting 30 to 55  (Got 60 only when there's very little textures to display)

If I wanna upgrade, do you suggest I upgrade my Graphics card (If possible, as its a notebook) or buy or build a desktop?

sadly you wont be able to upgrade,

if you dont need the portability, a PC is the best option

Do you suggest a pre-built Desktop or a self built Desktop, which I can build with used server parts (From eBay)

building is always better, make a new thread in the build planning section, and let everyone know your budget
