Hi all. I have a question. After updating to windows 10 Pro 64-bit I have to start using MSi afterburner for overclocking my GTX 960. But I don't understand some settings, nor do I understand why my over volt is not working correctly. Let me explain. During a benchmark, I open GPU-z and MSi side by side. I have +56 mV on MSi, but in GPU-Z I keep seeing two errors, one says "VRel, and VOp" reliability voltage and Operating Voltage. Under full load the VDDC says 1.2500v even though I have +56. My settings in MSi are in the following screenshot. http://prntscr.com/aeqlfd Do I need to enable something deeper then the standard settings? I can see my overclock being applied, but beyond that the voltage values aren't making a whole lot of sense to me and I see this issue a lot on any benchmark.

MSI seems to limit the voltage for their cards to about 1.25 at the BIOS level.

I have a GTX 980 from MSI and the voltage does not go any higher than 1.256 regardless of how high I set the core voltage.

To go higher you'd need to flash the BIOS with a custom BIOS with a higher voltage limit.

My graphics card is a EVGA GTX 960 SSC dual Bios card. I wonder if EVGA limits their cards too?

When I was first looking around about my 980 not going any higher than 1.256 it seemed like a fairly common thing for the various card manufacturers to do.

I seemed like you basically had to get one of their specialty overclocking card (EVGA Kinpin, MSI Lightning ect) to get one that allows more voltage control (if you didn't want to do a custom bois).

Something I noticed on MSi Voltage control was a feature called "extend MSi". Any idea what that does?
