Windows 8.1 broken

I recently installed the game GT legends on my computer, using the disc. My computer is running Win8.1. I couldn't get the program to boot so  I restarted my Pc in hopes of maybe getting it to work. When my computer came to restart, I was greeted with a screen telling me that automatic repairs to try to get my computer to boot failed. I have tried using a restore point, and that failed as well. the only other option that I have is to reset my Pc and lose all my data. Is there any other way to fix my computer without reseting it. help needed as this is my main computer.

You can use another PC to create a windows repair disk.

and windows image isn't working either
