Screen flicker

my screen has started flickering since i have moved my pc to a new case it has started to flicker and i have looked on forms to see what might be causing this 

im using a gtx 950 and have already fresh installed the drivers, checked the connections and i have gotten nowhere

are you sure you are not shorting anything? umm.. I really don't know what to say but is it possible for you to check if the card is working properly in another PC?  And if it does.. Is BIOS displaying normally or also flickers?

I need S340. But more Define S'ish
