Need Help

i recently got the g430 and while i was on the car on the way home i plugged it in to my phone and it was loud af 

but when i got home and used the soundcard the volume decreased a lot!

and it won't go back to normal not even on my phone any ideas to get the volume back?

First of throw that crash of a "sound card" out. You will get better audio quality by using your onboard.
