So if I have my BIOS settings to where it uses IGD it boots up no problem. Using this method allowed me to fix the issue where my GPU wasn't showing up in order for me to update the driver, which I thought would solve the issue of it not posting from PEG. But for whatever reason,the system till won't post if I set it to PEG unless I remove my GPU entirely. 

 

Specs: 

i7 6700k

MSI Z170 SLI PLUS

EVGA SUPERNOVA 750G2 80+ Gold Efficiency

Corsair H100i GTX AIO Water Cooler

EVGA GTX 980ti Hybrid

 

OS is Windows 10

Is the iGPU enabled when the dGPU is plugged in? It is usually disabled automatically when a dGPU is detected, and thus you won't get any video output from the motherboard i/o panel.
