Graphics Card/s for 1440p

Hello!

I have been looking at potential graphics cards for 1440p video editing, gaming, and streaming. I am coming here because the graphics cards I was looking at (the Radeon HD 7990 and the  Radeon R9 295X2) are no longer available. I don't mind using 2 graphics cards but three is pushing the limit. Here are my current options:
AMD: R9 390, 390X, Fury X

nVidia: Titan/Titan Black, 980ti/980, 780/780ti

I appreciate any and all help I can recieve!
