Having shutdown issues

I need help with my pc. Having shutdown issues, I need to clear CMOS and reset Bios to start my OS.

My pc spec:

motherboard: MSI - MS-7276

CPU: Intel Celeron 2.30 Ghz

GPU: CLUB3D CGNX-G5224LI NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 1GB

Try running the pc without the graphics card and see if that works. If that doesnt work then try different ram, it might be trying to overclock itself automatically i don't know

Or your operating system really doesn't like you and then you should try a clean install of windows
