First time building a comp

Hey guys I'm a first time builder and I'm really excited to do this. I don't personally care about any companies I just want the "most bang for my buck". I would like a nice looking case if possible (it doesn't have to be amazing I just don't want it to look like a cardboard box).

1. Budget & Location

1600$ budget, might go higher but if it's not too much. I'm from Canada and i don't plan on using any of the old parts of my computer since I'm giving it to my little brother.

2. Aim

I want to be able to play games such as the new Tom Clancy: The Division, Farcry Primal and other games of the sort. I'm also going to be doing some 3D animation at some point but it's not urgent.

3. Monitors

At the moment I only have 1 monitor, but I'm considering a second one.

4. Peripherals

I have a keyboard, mouse and monitor. I am going to need an OS.

5. Why are you upgrading?

I'm upgrading because the computer I have at the moment doesn't have the performance I'm looking for anymore since it can't run most of the stuff I want it to because of the outdated parts.

Thanks for helping me! I greatly appreciate it.

You didn't really mention the Operating System, so assuming you've already got that, then you should consider this build:
