May I ask what you're doing with this PC? If you're playing games then you can do much better than this. I'd suggest an i3 an R9 380 if that's within your budget or maybe downgrading to a Core i3 to put an SSD in there.

What is the budget for this PSU (in your currency)?

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

If you're gaming then I'm going to redo your system. Hold on just a second as I write up a new PC Part Picker link.

If this system isn't built yet then you can do far, far better.

Ok then, we can 1. Make it cheaper 2. Make them all play better for the same price

OK, then a Core i3 4170 is good enough too unless you're doing heavy graphical works with the CPU. An SSD would help you out dramatically however.

I'll play in 19'' 1080p Samsung monitor.

I think I5 4460 is pretty good for programming, gaming and web browsing.

As I said, an i5 is overkill for what you're doing unless you're doing high-tier programming (programming games and stuff). I'm trying to help you save money so you can spend it properly.  Yes, it will have no trouble doing all those things, but why spend more money on something you don't need?

Here's my suggestion.

Yes, it is, but for the games you want to play, that i3 will do fine as well

This will do http://www.impacto.com.pe/web/index.php/index/accion/3778detal_produc

As I said, an i5 is just a waste of money for you unless your computer science major will involve programming CPU heavy applications. I use an i3 4360, one of the best i3s, and have absolutely no problems running GTA with a correctly paired graphics card, no problems running multiple SFML windows or running a single VM on this CPU.

Anyways, that PSU will do.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
