OBS resolution issues.

I have always had trouble recording in OBS, and today I test recorded at 1080p 60fps. I have the hardware for it, (5820k @  4.4ghz, GTX 980) i test uploaded a private video to youtube, and it only showed up under 360p. should I just use a better recording software?

Are you sure it was processed fully? Also, did you upload using YouTube's Recommended Settings?

Check the video on your computer itself to see what resolution it's in

 

Youtube takes a bit to process all possible resolutions, that might be the problem.

It finished processing, but my bitrate seems really low. i have it set to 3300 i have no clue why its doing this.

especially when im moving around, its really grainy. ive tried everything and nothing works.
