Please reccomend me a good cheap psu then. Thanks!

Anything from xfx or seasonic.

I dont know, but seasonic are a top brand and original manufacturer of what most other brands then use to make their PSUs.

Corsais / EVGA / Antec / XFX are mostly reliable, but not all of their PSUs. A 650w Seasonic should be fine though.

Linus is my fetish.

I found a Asus 980Ti Gaming Strix on ebay.in for fairly cheaper than that 68k you mentioned there.
And also If you are going for such a high end system... Why don't you get a good EVGA PSU
Also are you in music production? Cause that Sound Card won't cut in good in the system unless for specific purpose.
Also another tip... get an OEM windows 10 Home Key for around RS.1400 or the professional if it is a office computer.
Home would suit you if you're looking for video production as well as gaming.

Also get a 1500-2000 rupees UPS cause Power in India is not at all that clean... It will protect from surges and blackouts/brownouts.
Also you can try and overclock your Monitor 10-15 frames if necessary,
My suggestion is that if you need a system soon so it is a pretty good setup but if you can wait for Zen/Kabylake and Polaris/Pascal release it would be good.... Price of VR will indeed go Down for the graphical power needed after then new GPUs come out.
Also you can try out SSDs from Kingston (HyperX Savage for high memory or Fury for affordability)
They all cross 500 read and 500 write MBps and would be cheaper in India (Same memory capacity wise) (HypeX Savages are actually faster then 850 EVOs by about 10-20 MBps)

Sound card might make them sound a tiny bit better, but that´s it. Onboard audio should be more than sufficient for games.

Try kinguin.net for Windows Key
980Ti SC beats a non-overclocked Titan X
BTW if you're looking forward for playing DX12 games with asynchronus compute, get AMD fury x, it just smashes Nvidia card because of bad gameworks performance but some games will be able to perform better on Nvidia Hardware

Sound cards are used in audio production to basically eliminate that humming noise which is the Interference EMI/RFI and to amplify the sound.
Check the OHM rating of the headphone. If it is high, get a sound card or external Sound amplifier DAC or else there is no need.
In high end music studios, producers use big consoles with good EMI/RFI filters and better insulation and multiple channel use.

I would still recommend waiting some time, at least till GDC this month and possibly COMPUTEX
You can make decision after the latest announcements.

Intel will reportedly shift to 10nm architecture next year, so maybe you can even sell your mobo and chip and get those when it launches.....
Endless possibilities.
