Actually, I'm from India. The funny part is :-

Zotac 970 4gb sli- 53k

980ti (Cheapest)-68k

Price hike due to taxes, delivery etc.

Ah. Okay then. Quick question, do you need cuda? Or does power cost alot where you are? And still, not that psu.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

Would you mind to guide me?

Yes, power is costly.

Should I go for modular or semi modular ? Please help me select the right psu then

It´s not necessary, but it can help if you want to cable manage. I´d recommend with at least semi modular since you have the budget for it. Use this to help you find a psu:

As in both cpu and gpu. I cant really answer that. Overclock to say 5.2 ghz cpu.

Not so sure if your going to be able to hit that with an H100i on a 6700k. Maybe if you get lucky with the silicon lottery but otherwise...

I´m just going to say 850 watt minimum.

Efficiency is a must for any build being used for gaming. Just make sure you get a good quality psu.
