Is it better to have more amount memory or a higher speed of memory?

Thanks for the info MageTank.

No problem. Here is an example of my 2x16GB 3500mhz vs 2x4GB 4000mhz memory.

DDR4 4000mhz:

His write speeds are 10% faster, but his read and latency is worse. Read is more important than write for memory (to a certain extent) and as you can see, i quadruple his capacity while maintaining similar speeds (faster in some, slower in others). I can still get even more out of my memory too, as that initial 3500mhz profile was my first run at it. It was the first stable profile i made with this kit, and I am still working on extra bandwidth. Even got my read/write up to 53GB/s as we speak. Just remember, more clock speed is not always better. You have to pay attention to timings, specifically tertiary and RTL's in DDR4. They are far more important for bandwidth than just raw clock speed alone.
