Help me with my LAN-Rig

I figured I'd make this thread to let you guys give me some advice and feedback on my dream build. :)

First of all I need to say, I already have a decent PC but since I'm able to sell it at good price I'm going to build a LAN-Rig that is going to replace my current system.
I have the following parts left over:
Samsung SM951 512GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

The System I have in mind should be small, quiet, practical and powerful. I don't want to do a custom water loop since it wouldn't be easy to transport anymore so the way to go is AiO-watercooling.
I don't have a set budget, go and waste my money, it should still makes some sense tho 9_9

The System should be a all-rounder, but more oriented on gaming than on rendering. I do some photo and video-editing occasionally.

I have currently 3 Monitors on my Computer, even tho I only use my 144hz one to play games and I don't need any peripheral suggestions.
I'm not sure if I'm going to mod the case yet. If there is enough space in the case and it looks cool I'm going to buy a sidepannel with window, custom sleeved cables and a NZXT hue+.

Keep in mind, I live in Switzerland and don't have access to all the parts you may have in your country so please check if its available for me...
Here are a few decent shops from my country:
digitec.ch
steg.ch
brack.ch

1. You really dont need 32gb of ram, 16gb should be fine.

2. Newer Seagates has some issues, but if you already have that and it hasnt had any problesm, it should be fine.

The 32gb are really helping when it comes to rendering, HardwareCanucks made a good video about that.
