Pc/Fallout keeps crashing NEED HELP

I built my pc a little less than 1 month ago and have had little to no problems... Until now.  I mainly have been playing fallout 4 and using microsoft office for school, and id get the occasional fallout 4 crash, but nothing like an amazingly high amount, maybe 3 times in almost a month.  TODAY I have had my PC/Fallout crash 5-10 times.  I was using it for school earlier(about 2 hours) and it was fine. My specs are listed on my profile, but the main things are i3 6100/8gb ram/amd 380x and I run Fo4 on ultra with framerates of 40-60+ depending on locations.  

THE TWO MAIN CRASHES I HAVE GOTTEN are the game crashing and the mouse only show up in the taskbar, i can press start and shut down from there, and the other crash is my monitor going blank and saying that there is no signal.  the first one I just restart my pc, but for the second type of crash I have unplugged my hdmi cable, then repugged it in, turned my monitor off, and turned it onn again, Ive even waited over an hour to see if that would fix it, there are no updates that need to be applied, and no debug lights on my MOBO, if there is anything else you need please comment

NOTE I am getting IN GAME sound through my headset which is plugged into my pc when the screen goes blank during the second type of crash!

none of the links are working, I tried last night and again today but I can't get them to work

No, the link that you posted works, but the download links arn't working

I went on a different site and the download worked, but the links to download the program would not download it, even when I clicked the extra link for if the download didnt automatically start

i went on the website and i couldnt download it either. Just wait, maybe the servers are down. IF you're impatient then just manually un-install the drivers.
