Best wireless connection solution for desktop gaming?

So I'm staying in a college dorm room and just now going to build a desktop computer. The problem is that there is no Ethernet ports in the rooms but there is a wifi signal. What sort of wireless solution should I get for a relatively low price that would allow me to game wirelessly?

A PCIE wireless card would be your best bet (TP Link has some cheap/decent ones).
