Help choosing the CPU

I want to build a gaming rig but I can't choose a CPU. It's either AMD FX 8320 or Intel I5 4460, and I'm going to pair it with GTX 950. Not looking to overclock it, I'm just looking for pure gaming performance in the games such as GTA V, Battlefield 4/Hardline, Rocket League... Thank you for you help in advance.

8320 = value and cores for theese games.

Why is it limited to those options, I would really look at the i5-6500 (successor to the 4460).

 

If it absolutely has to be one of your options the 4460 all day long.

i5 4460.

AM3+ is a dead platform, and the 8320's single core performance is laughable.

What about multitasking and some recording and editing. Is I5 4460 still a better choice or should I go with FX 8320 since it has more cores?

There is no scenario where I would suggest the FX-83xx over the Intel i5-xxxx, at this point AMD is just so far behind when it comes to CPUs.
