I'm planning a build for my partner who does video editing and would like something that is reasonably powerful for Premiere Pro for around $2000 Canadian Roubles including a monitor. She's used to running Premiere on a Mac Pro (the silver one, not the new trash can one) and is is happy with how fast it renders. Would this build give a good video editing experience keeping in mind that it will not be used for gaming?

Unnecessarily expensive RAM but otherwise great build.

Spend the money on RAM on the GPU for a 970.

^Solid if premier uses CPU more than GPU, otherwise, a 4790 with a 970 is going to provide faster renders. (Part which i am unsure about but good old researching can get you)
