Heroes and Generals - Queue times!!

Hi all,

 

I tried to start playing heroes and generals, and the queue times are discouraging me from playing. So I'm just wondering, is there any way I can get into a game faster? e.g search for certain game modes/missions etc? Or do I have to live with these dreadful queue times?

Only thing is I'm level 1 since only just starting, only the first map is available :( I think I'm just gonna wait until it's fixed
