Wifi problem on laptop

I just bought a asus q302ua-BHI laptop and when I try to connect to the Internet it saids can not connect to this network. Can anyone help me with this problem? The laptop is running windows 10

Maybe try updating the driver?

How do you do that?

Search "Driver" in the Windows 10 search bar.

Click "Update device drivers"

Click "Network Adapters"

Click on the name of your WiFi card

Click "Driver"

Click "Update Driver"

Who makes the WiFi card? Intel?

Ah ok then, same as mine. I would call Asus, they will be the best people to help since the laptop is still under warranty.

Got it fixed Thanks

Downloaded a new firmware for the wifi card and it worked. I don't understand why it worked with the Best Buy wifi and it did work with my wifi. I turned off mac 

Filtering dont know if that was the problem.
