its kind of hard for me to explain this, but i'll try my best. So i have a skin downloaded for Rain Meter called Hidden Icons. Basically when you hover your mouse over a section on your desktop, icons will show up. You can customize the icons to launch whatever program you want it to. I programmed one icon to launch a folder of Applications for my PC. It is linked to a file in File Explorer. I don't like look of programs in File Explorer. I was wondering if there was a better looking way to show the programs? Sadly i cannot show a screenshot. It keeps giving me an error when i try uploading a file.

You can change icons. Either download new icon packs or make some yourself.

As for uploading pic. If its over 2mb in size or uses some weird file extension, you get error. Sometimes if gives error for otherwise good pics. Then just open it in viewer/editor and save again with another name and extension. Like from .jpg to .png.
