i am new to custom pc building, will this work

hi Linus, I'm new to custom PC building and i have put this together, but will it work and is it good value for money.

The R9 380 performs better than the GTX 960 - especially with the i5.

 

Get a better 500W PSU from SeaSonic or XFX.
