CPU is a very high performer for gaming. The R9 380x is definitely better than the GTX 960. An SSD will help with your boot times, some loading times, and a bit of system performance. You don't currently need more than 8GB, so that's that. The PSU isn't modular, so I'm sorry if you would have preferred that. It can handle all of the components though. The motherboard is great for future upgrades (maybe Cannonlake, Kaby Lake), and it's got particularly nice audio/internet. Western Digital is always reliable, so there's really no need to go for a different HDD manufacturer. The case is great for a budget PC, and if you want a window you can spend a few extra bucks.

EDIT: You can, of course, always make the decision to go for Haswell and save a few bucks, but I just wouldn't recommend that anymore.
