I'm planning to  build a budget stream pc.

I will play mainly cs:go, little bit of gta5.

So, as streaming and cs:go  are more cpu heavy games than gpu, I am looking at i7  and xeons with  budget/medium  class video card.

I'd like to get constant 200-300fps on 1280x720 resolution with medium settings ( in future I may upgrade my old samsung t200 monitor to 144hz gaming monitor)

I am just curious if need very powerful cpu like intel i7 k version and some cheaper video card (660gtx/ 750ti, 950 gtx) or something more balanced like this build I made in the picture. Can you comment if the  xeon build is fine or something may be changed for a better value.

My budget is 800-850 euros.

Get a lesser CPU, 16gb RAM a better GPU, PSU and seriously upgrade that case it will be a pain to be build in

Is the psu not enough for this build?

Quality, not the wattage. You´ll want to keep that cpu, the extra threads will help with streaming. You´ll want 16gbs of ram as well. Get a cheaper 380 to do this, like the one from power color or xfx.

Thanks for the reply.I  Thought evga psus are quite decent. What psu should I look for ( I'm still on the fence with 380 r9, perhaps 950gtx would be enough)

Stick with the 380. Use this to find a good psu:

Anything from tier 1 to 3.
