Hi everyone, my pc just died yesterday, it doesn´t turn on. I want to know what procedure should I follow in order to know what part is the damaged one.

I´ve just checked the PSU with the "paperclip-trick" and it works, so it´s not the PSU.

P.S. I don´t want to leave it with pc technician because I dont want to pay a kidney if in the end it has no solution.

Thk everyone.

Specs of PC?

  1. Make sure no power connectors have come loose (including the power button wire)
  2. Try removing the GPU and using the iGPU if you have one
  3. If you have more than one stick of ram, try running with only stick of ram and do it in all the possible combinations
  4. You sure your PSU isn't actually dead?
  5. ECT.

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
