Storage Help

Hi there, 
So I'm looking into installing Kali on my PC as a dual boot.
Currently I've got windows on a 240GB SSD and then all of my other data, such as steam games, videos and work on a 2TB Hard Drive. I'm wondering if it's a good idea to install Kali onto the HDD or should I buy a separate one for this
