Hey guys I am building a budget gaming pc and I have all my parts but I'm going to upgrade my cpu cooler to a water cooler and I want to overclock my cpu what do you guys think I should overclock too also I'm not sure if my P8H61-M supports over clocking so can you guys help me with this thanks -Maddox

How can you overclock something that's not overclockable? :) You don't have the options needed for overclocking. You can't break it, cause you can't force it to do something it's not supposed to do.
