Posted March 5, 2016 When you format a drive, all data on it will be deleted. You will not be able to get any personal data bacl, that was saved on that drive, if a Windows folder is missing, try reinstalling Windows. Personally i found the data at 80% is corrupted if you install something over it as you don't know where it was store in first place and it may have been re written and in that case the whole files could not be recovered.
