I personally would go for AMD because I don't want them to die. Intel is pretty good Skylake at 14nm. Wait for AMD's Zen, your choice your build.

For gaming, which I'm making an assumption as to being your goal, AMD CPUs are never worth it. Intel is the choice to make 90% of the time.
