Hello all, i bought an asus VG248 for my ps4 a year ago and now i wanna use it on my PC but it gives me horrible headaches and the screen flicker is terrible, tried different setting on the monitor and my nvidia 970 GTX.

 

Can anyone throw a few suggestions?

Screen flicker should not be occurring. Have you tried a different cable or connector?

I think your eyes are so used to looking at screens at 60hz that when they see 144hz it just weirds them out. 

 

Give it time and report back in a bit.

I never dealt with flickering when switching to 144Hz.

What settings are you running on the monitor if you dont mind me asking?

I sold it quite a while ago when I started school. I just had it set to 144hz in the Nvidia control panel.

Nothing weird in the color settings. 

 

Worked well for me out of the box but I do remember there being a bit of an adjustment period at first.
