unfixable csgo bug???

Hi all, this a repost from reddit as I am quite desperate right now.

 

I have posted this before. As soon as I click 'play' for csgo in steam, the screen goes black with the cursor visible. it says csgo.exe not responding in task manager. Last time I posted this, I just got a kid called 'MURICA' who said 'omg dude u hav ban vac!!!' Really?? What is this? Is this all the support I get on steam? I have also tried the support ticket.

 

I have not installed any workshop content recently

I have tried compatibility mode

I have tried completely deleted the csgo folder in steamapps/common then re-installing multiple times

I have removed all user data, no difference

My GPU Drivers are up to date.

Windows up to date

never installed any cheats

removed all launch options

never had any autoexec.cfg yet

CS:GO Doesn't update automatically in steam??

Note: there was something weird in my log (gone after re-install) as well, from csgo root folder in steamapps/common: it said something about failing to retrieve data from shell32.dll.

 

However the game works on my Dad's potato computer, at 40fps. But even there, offline with bots, in all gamemodes the rounds never end, e.g. defuse the bomb but after that nothing happens, just walk around the map

 

Any help? Game unplayable for three damn weeks

 

EDIT: PC Specs are more than enough, playing at 2560x1600 at maxed out 300fps all the time.

Contact steam support. They are slow as fuck and shitty but they do exist.

You haven't got a VAC ban as it will inform you so when you attempt to join a VAC-Secure server. It may be something to do with your computer or another problem. I would say contact steam support, just don't expect a speedy reply.

CS Go can be buggy, uninstall it and then Re install.

Haha man.... U tired? I have mentioned that in the post already! I have re installed 12 times. Don't worry, I have tried EVERYTHING. I have given up now - gonna setup a Windows 7 virtual machine and run it there.
