their servers are slow, if you're on wifi its slow, check your actual speeds not just what you pay for, is your equipment set up for more than 100? what sites? what isp? browser issues, try chrome or fire fox?

Because you have a strong/fast connection to the web, means that the other end is not limiting the rate at which they upload stuff.

Could you give any examples of sites that load slowly? + How long is slow?

Well Ethernet should handle 10/100. Maybe you bloated chrome with plug-ins and add-ons. What sites? what isp? The video takes 15sec or the site in general?

You mean when loading in between pages (like on a playlist) ? With the progress bar getting stuck in the middle?

I've got / had that happen too. Clearing the cache fixed it for a few days, and after 3 times clearing it, it solved itself. No guarantee that this would work for you.

Have you always had a problem with load times or just when you switched to fiber?

Try a new browser or old version of chrome, might be a bug with the new updates.

Well most viruses would have effects on all sites or other effect. But a malwarebytes scan never hurt. you might try advanced system care 9 for basic clean up.

Which site are affected? :)

Can you try and do a trace route to the domains you are having trouble with and post the results here?

I am thinking that your ISP is throttling traffic, but cant say for sure without more specific data (like trace routes)

In some cases, the ISP is using a caching server, which might be the problem - you can avoid that by blocking that server in your firewall on windows - but again, I need a trace route to see if that is the case :)

Just download a free network tool with a trace route function, google will be all you need lol.

No one virus software ever catches everything

Maybe it's a particularly slow server, try a vpn or some other route change.

Or call your isp, I have 1.3 mbps down and 0.2 up and heres my route to youtube.com

I mean a good one will, but you can do free ones(betternet or other chrome plug-in vpn) or even something like the tor network just to see if it will work.
