I finally ran memtest, it gave over 200K errors and going, and the address was like: 0100... - 4000 mb(can't remember exact value). I. Did this using my 2gb kit + 1 4gb stick, now i will try other stick

Same thing with other stick, does this mean i got unlucky and both sticks are fucked?

I got into memtest with both KITS, now with both 4gb sticks can't do shit, but how can they both be defective when they aren't even a kit? They were separate when I bought them.

Also with either both kits or 2x1gb + 1x4gb windows bsod right after logo, restarted instantly and screen then stayed black

If you can test them on another motherboard I would, because there is a possibility of the board being defective. Starting to sound like board is donzo

@MisterK On my old mobo (AsRock G31M-S REV 2.0) it didn't post with 2 or 1 4gb stick, booted with 1gb+4gb and read 4gb as 2MB

Sounds like both those sticks are bad but somehow work in a weird mismatch combination. Anyway at this point there isn't anything else you can do but start replacing ram sticks or RMA motherboard. I would say start with getting new ram.

The problem is i order the stuff from AliExpress, so i don't want to keep reordering parts, fortunately i got money back from RAM. Also, with the old mobo and the 1gb + 4gb setup windows detected only 1 gb but cpu z detected everything. Why do you think mobo is defective?

I don't really think the mobo is defective, sounds like you need new ram, its just a possibility. Ram is a touchy thing to troubleshoot sometimes it seem like ram is the problem then Bam its actually the ram slots and your ram  is fine.

Sorry if I confused you even more... Now do you recommend getting same kit or 4x2gb? Also there's this trend on AliExpress where they sell a 2gb stick for AMD cheaper than for Intel, do you know WTF?

intel/amd ram is all marketing it doesn't matter, I would just get any 4x2 kit, again it doesn't matter along as your motherboard supports.

Well it kinda does with older mobos because of density and shit, but my "new" mobo is pretty decent so...Thanks however, you were great help!!
