How can i move movies tab to other drive?

When i have recorded a video for example, it ends up in movies in "This computer" in my C drive. But i want my movies to be in my D drive.

I have tried copying and pasting movies from C to D but the movies stays in C and i just get a copy of all movies in my D drive.

What can i do?

Use CMD to create a link between the folder they go in and where you want it to go, example: mklink /j D:\Movies C:\Users\[userprofile]\Videos\Movies

Brah, do you even Java?

Right click on the Movies folder (example C:/Users/Name), go to properties, find the location tab and there will be a text box to change where it goes. Just do something like D:/movies/

Or in the program you're recording in, just change the default save location.

Right-click on the 'Movies' -library in the File Explorer, pick 'Properties' and at the 'Location' -tab you can move the absolute folder to where-ever. It'll autosync once you Apply the settings. Same goes for Pics, Documents and so on.

This is just the Windows default location. Kind of a 'Please copy them in this library, pretty please! Best regards, Windows' -thing.

It's still entirely up to the program itself if they respect it. Most do, but sometimes you have to set the folder in the program itself.

You can also add several folders in Libraries. Like one from C, one from D and another different from D.
