Hi guys! I am completely new to computer building so my choice of parts is not the best

-US$600-650

-Gaming only (AAA titles like GTA V and far cry 4)

-Using one 1080p monitor (already have it)

-No peripherals needed

Parts I chose:

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7ghz dual-core processor

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A micro ATX LGA1151

Memory: G.skill NT series 8gb (2x4gb) DDR4-2133 memory

Storage: Seagate barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200rpm internal hard drive

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 380 4gb

Case: Thermaltake versa h21 ATX mid tower case

Power supply: XFX XT 400W 80+ bronze certified ATX power supply

Is this build doable? Thanks in advance guys!

The core i3 might not fare well with the R9 380, I would stick with a i5 in that case if you can afford it. Otherwise just get a 2GB 950 or 960.

I'd go for the i5 6400 for its four cores - GTA V will love that. Maybe a SSD if you can afford it (the A-data SP550 and the Sandisk SSD Plus are great budget choices).

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

It'll be just fine honestly.  He probably won't even get any bottlenecking.  Although any higher end and yeah, it'll struggle.

Personally, I´d get a little beefier psu, but other than that it´s fine.
