N00B question

When I get my new MSI gaming 5 z97 board, i'm going to have to re-install windows. 

 

Can I move everything out of my ssd into my hard drive, then unplug my Hard Drive, reinstall windows and then plug my hardrvie back in. 

or do I have to format that drive as well?

Yes you have to reinstall Windows. Best to do a full wipe

yup that works great

 

after installing though (if possible) move your documents/pics/whatever to the SSD, format the HDD (to remove all the windows files and crap) then move the data back onto the fresh and clean HDD

So to re-cap, I can move my shit off my ssd to hardrive, unplug hardrvie, install os on ssd, move stuff back over, then wipe hardrive again.

you don't need to unplug your HDD, leave it
