Random beeping while running

I have recently built a computer and have had no problems other than a random beeping sound, have ran memtest no errors tried with only one stick of ram still beeps I cannot think of anything else to try 

 

specs:

 

x99a sli Kraft edition mobo

5820k cpu

32 gb ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx (4x8gb)

evga Gtx 980ti

corsair rm1000

samsung 850 pro 500gb ssd

seagate 1tb 7200rpm hdd

windows 10 home

 

in bios no cpu fan is being detected even though I have a kraken x61 plugged in there

 

any help much appreciated
